(The Star) Homes in Johor with a serene setting

JOHOR BARU: Tropicana Danga Cove Sdn Bhd has launched its first landed project in the southern region of Iskandar Malaysia, Ayera Residence here.

Ayera Residence stands on a 19.42ha of land located between flagship A and D of Iskandar Malaysia with close proximity to matured townships such as Bandar Baru Permas Jaya and Bandar Seri Alam.

Tropicana Danga Cove Sdn Bhd deputy general manager Russell Lim said each unit is equipped with a ‘pocket garden’ to give residents a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

“One of the unique features of the Ayera Residence is that each unit comes with a courtyard that allows residents to admire the greenery surrounding them.

“The courtyard concept or ‘pocket garden’ is in line with our aim to ensure that every inch of the space is well utilised,” he said.

He said each unit has four rooms, and each room has an ensuite bathroom.

“Phase 1 of the development project, which we are launching, has some 179 units while the second phase of the development, which will be launched in the next few months, will have 377 units,” he said.

Lim said the units are priced from RM586,000 onwards, and that the freehold double-storey house is one of the most competitively priced.

“There are three different house designs buyers can choose from and all three types have similar first floor design while the second floor has slight differences.

“We want buyers to be able to choose a house best suited for them and their family as well as appeals to their taste the most,” he said.

He also said that they have managed to sell about 95% of its units.

“The response has been overwhelming and I believe the location, design as well as the serene surroundings are some of the reasons buyers are attracted to the units here.

“So far, most of the buyers are those who are working in Singapore and those who are looking to upgrade their current houses,” he said.
