(The Star) Designed for young families

Kaizen Holdings Sdn Bhd together with Chin Pek Soo Holdings Sdn Bhd is set to launch the Green Park double-storey cluster semi-detached housing project opposite Taman Botani TF Value Mart, on Sunday.

Calling them the most affordable cluster semi-detached houses in Ipoh, Kaizen CEO Dr Tan Chin Yong said the houses are designed for young families, who yearn for better quality of life.

For the official launch, visitors can expect lots of exciting activities such as a lion dance, clown performance, buffet lunch, children performing hit renditions, dance and magic show.

Tan said the one-day carnival is meant to attract prospective house buyers to invest in Green Park.

“Those who book a property during the official launch day, will get a RM5,000 rebate, two years of free maintenance, and legal-fee waivers.

“For RM423,000, they will get a quality semi-detached cluster house. It is a rarity to get a semi-detached house for that price.

“This is a good offer for young families, couples and first-time house buyers. For the first phase, we have 76 houses and we have sold 30% of them during the pre-launch,” he said.

Green Park will have about 276 units once all the three phases are fully completed and the response so far has been heartening, says Tan.

“Once we have sold out Phase One, we will start Phase Two as soon as possible. Phase One will be fully completed in two years’ time.

“The houses also face north and south. We made sure no houses face the sun when it rises and sets.”

Each unit will have four rooms and three bathrooms and the area will also be guarded 24 hours a day.

Calling it a good area for investment and to live in, he said Green Park is just 20 minutes away from the city centre and five minutes away from Pengkalan.

It is also near to schools such as Shen Jai High School, Fairview International School and SJK(C) Padang Gajah, Poi Lam High School and SK Jalan Pegoh.

The area is also just 3km away from Aeon Station 18, Sultan Azlan Shah Airport and Pasir Puteh wet market.

The location is one of the attractive factors of the project and Tan said there would not be any flooding issues as it is built on a hilly area.

“Once this whole project is completed, it is going to be a big neighbourhood. The houses are spacious and it is good value for money.

“The houses come in two designs featuring built-up areas of 32ft x 70ft (10m x 31m), and 32ft x 75ft (10m x 23m). Also, we will have a jogging path, gazebo and a half-sized basketball court for the residents,” he said.
