(The Star) New vibrant enclaves coming up

Home buyers will be delighted to learn that established developer Eco World Development Group Bhd has a new plethora of residential gems to be launched in the third quarter this year.

The group’s chief operating officer Datuk S. Rajoo revealed that Eco Horizon and Eco Sun in Batu Kawan on the Penang mainland would be offered soon.

Eco Horizon is just off the primary interchange of the second Penang bridge (also known as Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge), opposite the upcoming Ikea complex, he said.

“It spans across 300 acres. Eco Sun covers 75 acres and is along Lebuhraya Bandar Cassia opposite Penang state stadium,” he said.

Details on these mixed developments are at www.ecoworld.my.

Rajoo revealed the new offerings after presenting a sponsorship of RM10,000 for the Bengkel Kecemerlangan UPSR 2017 to be organised by Star Media Group on July 22.

“We have supported this workshop for four years. We want to give back to society and the workshop is a good way to prepare students for their examinations,” he said after handing the mock cheque to The Star news editor (regional) K. Suthakar in EcoWorld Gallery@Macalister.

Also present were Eco World northern region general manager Chan Soo How and sales and marketing senior manager Eunice Lee.

Experienced trainers will share secrets on preparing for the exam at the workshop from 8am to 5.30pm at KDU Penang University College.

The registration fee is RM120 per student and it covers lunch, two tea breaks and notes.

Attendees will learn self-motivation skills, how to score higher marks and avoid common mistakes.

A goodie bag will be given to those who register before Monday.

Completed forms and payments can be mailed to The Star’s Bengkel Kecemerlangan UPSR 2017, c/o The Star Audience Management Department, 202, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Registration forms can be obtained at the Star Northern Hub, The Star Pitt St. or via email.
