(The Star) The ideal home of your dreams

Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd’s City of Dreams (COD) on the north-eastern coast of Penang island is where the best in lifestyle luxury all come together.

Within its pair of 38-storey residential blocks, set on 3.7 acres of freehold land in the prestigious Seri Tanjung Pinang neighbourhood of Tanjung Tokong, future inhabitants will live the good life.

In total, there are 572 exquisite serviced apartments from 1,097sq ft to 1,335sq ft, housed in Tower A and Tower B — named Elaine and Chloe respectively.

Marketed by Zeon Properties Sdn Bhd, they will be among the choice offerings at the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 to be held at Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon Mall from July 20 to 23.

Zeon’s chief executive officer Leon Lee said the RM800mil development offers amenities never seen before in homes in Penang. In addition, every unit faces the sea and Gurney Drive.

COD’s three-bedroom suites are each catered to with two private lifts.

Each unit also gets two side-by-side parking bays.

But the highlight is the 60 over world-class amenities, spread across a trio of Facilities Floors on Levels 6, 36 and 37. Altogether, they cover some 150,000sq ft.

An Olympic-sized swimming pool is available for your daily laps, while two infinity pools allow one to soak and take in the stunning seafront views.

Pursue wellness at the yoga and tai chi deck, work up a sweat in the aqua gym, or get rejuvenated with a session in sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi corner.

Sports enthusiasts will love the golf simulator, putting green, bowling alley, and 3-in-1 tennis, futsal and basketball courts.

For entertainment, there is a private cinema and karaoke room.

Spend leisurely moments or have gatherings at the Sky Lounge, Sky Terrace, Sky Garden, Sky Library/reading room, Sky Dining Room, Sky Deck, Sky Wine Room and Sky Cigar Bar, which offer views of the city skyline.

There is also a ballroom to host your grand functions, a reflexology path for reinvigorating strolls, a giant chess set and playground for fun games with the kids, and mini farm for those with green fingers.

Completing the list are the automatic car wash system, driver’s room, business lounge, meeting rooms, beauty salons, kiddie and seniors rooms, healthy food cafe and pre-function gallery.

Residents will also be pampered by a Rolls Royce limousine and private yacht charter service, free WiFi access in the lobby, emergency transport as well as butler, housekeeping and laundry services.

Lee said the COD was named an Entry Point Project 10 champion for its emphasis on sustainable development and environmental friendliness under the Economic Transformation Programme of the Malaysian Government.

Being a ‘Gold’ Green Building Index-compliant project, it will have green features like a trash valet service, food waste processing management, solar power system, rainwater harvesting system and a mobile app for facilities management.

Further testament to its unique concept, COD was also named the Best Luxury Lifestyle Development at the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards 2016.

The project is set for completion in the first quarter of 2020. Available units are priced from RM1mil onwards.
