MALACCA: Yong Tai Bhd has launched its first residential project, diversifying from its core tourism and cultural-based activities.

Apart from the residential Amber Cove project, Yong Tai also announced the launch of Terra Square, a retail mall within the Impression City Melaka development at Jaya99 here.

Amber Cove is a 36-storey serviced apartment project offering a total of 838 two bedrooms, two bathrooms units. The starting price for a unit is RM329,000.

Yong Tai chief executive officer Datuk Wira Boo Kuang Loon said the residential development is affordable and priced within the reach of first-time home owners.

“We are proud to launch Amber Cove’s serviced apartments.

“It offers an entirely new living concept where creative design meets organic space, creating vibrant energies for individuals and families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city,” he said.

The facilities planned include a half basketball court, barbeque terrace, library & reading room, game room, swimming pool as well as multi-purpose hall to enable residents to enjoy both outdoor and indoor recreational activities.

The RM290.6mil gross development value (GDV) project is within the Impression City Melaka development at Kota Laksamana, fronting the Straits of Malacca.

Amber Cove’s prime location is another plus point as it is located next to a major coastal road.

Impression City Melaka, the first Impression Series out of China, is a live cultural performance co-founded by renowned Chinese directors Zhang Yimou, Wang Chaoge and Fan Yue.

The RM5.4bil GDV development will also have commercial, education and wellness amenities.
