(The Star) Glamorous nights with nature

Mosquitoes, leeches and great, big, red jungle ants are part of camping. Bruises, abrasions and numerous minor cuts come with the feat of making one’s campsite habitable.
But with glamping or ‘glamorous camping’ now, that is different.
It is a luxurious excursion into the great outdoors minus the rough side, which some do like but most will pass.
Going by that objective, Sunway is offering Lost World Glamping within a self-contained wonderland of a lush tropical jungle, natural hot springs, seven thrilling parks and breathtaking limestone towers of 400 million years old.
It is the latest experience in the Lost World Of Tambun in Perak starting this month.
Sunway Theme Parks senior general manager Calvin Ho said glamping is a camping trip that caters to the complete comfort of campers.
“King-size beds with plush mattresses within roomy tents, bed linen, power supply, the works.
