(The Star) A feast to thank home buyers

Hundreds of home buyers came together to celebrate Airmas Group’s 30th anniversary at the developer’s showroom in Jalan Jelawat, Seberang Jaya in Penang.
The developer feted them to a sumptuous spread of food and desserts in appreciation of their support. There were also fun games and activities.
Among those present were retired company director Ooi Inn Thiam and his wife Loh Choon Eng, both 68, who bought an Artis 3 apartment unit in Jelutong which is a project by Airmas.
“Our apartment is strategically located near the city and commercial areas. We are looking forward to moving into the unit in 2020,” Ooi said when met at the event on Saturday.
Also present were Airmas directors Ooi Bak Heng and Ooi Bak Chye.
Founded as Airmas Development in 1986, the Airmas Group currently has several ongoing projects in Penang.
Among them is the Taman Indah development in Bukit Tengah which consists of double-storey and three-storey semi-detached link homes with built-up areas of 2,347sq ft and 3,224sq ft respectively. The houses are priced from RM750,000.
Not far away is the SeventyNine Residence, a 15-storey apartment in Jalan Betik. The 148 units feature living spaces of 1,550sq ft to 1,626sq ft each.
Facilities include a swimming pool, children’s playground, sauna, gymnasium and a sky garden.
In Butterworth, there is the Residensi Zamrud in Bagan Ajam which features 24 three-storey super link homes with built-up areas from 3,168sq ft. They are priced from RM860,000 each.
